Ya girl is branching out
January lasted 10 years, February lasted 10 seconds… what fresh hell with March bring? Probably I’ll read more Reacher, because there’s something about a hyper-violent giant who loves coffee as much as he loves being annoying and only owns a passport and a toothbrush that soothes me. I also have to read The Women because I’ve been conscripted virtually into my mom’s book club back in Colorado and that’s on the docket. I am concerned that the blurb promises bold patriotism and seems to consider anti-war protestors villains… but no judgement until I actually bite the bullet and read it. I will have by next month, so come back then for my thoughts!
Otherwise, in this book club, I’ll talk more about the two Reacher books I’ve read so far, my thoughts on a free book I got sent for being a real book influencer, where I got the two flip phones for my promo image, and my new WIP, working title The Worst First Date. Working tagline: from bad date to Burn Notice in one night. Fun!
